Need Blog Help

I seem to have messed my blog up and need help putting it right. I've been thinking about hiring someone to design a blog template and blinkie for me, I'll pay of course, for sometime but just never put out the request. Now, I am. I'd like someone to design a blog layout, pinkish or purple or even green, for me as well as a blinkie to match (that says, "Tula Collections").
